BMW Proactive Care helps you stay one step ahead. Your BMW can recognize a service requirement or potential issue and notify you through your preferred communication channel, helping make servicing your BMW easier and more convenient.
 

Depending on your needs, you may receive a notification through the My BMW App, an in-vehicle message, email from your preferred BMW Retailer, or a call from BMW Roadside Assistance.

You can then conveniently arrange your service appointment with Park Shore BMW.
 

What You Need for BMW Proactive Care

To enjoy the full benefits of BMW Proactive Care:

• Have an active BMW ConnectedDrive account for your BMW.
• Add your vehicle to your BMW ID in the My BMW App or BMW portal.
• Make sure your current phone number and email address are registered with your BMW ID.
• Select Park Shore BMW as your preferred BMW Retailer.
• Enable the appropriate vehicle data permissions and My BMW App notifications.

BMW Proactive Care is available for BMW models equipped with BMW Operating System 7 (version 07/2019) or later.
