Park Shore BMW is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our New and Pre-Owned Sales Departments. This role works closely with Sales Management, Sales Consultants, Service, Parts, Accounting, BMW Financial Services, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock in and maintain accurate records for new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Ensure vehicle documentation is complete, including registration, CARFAX, warranty, inspection, damage reports, and lien releases.
• Coordinate dealer trades, transportation, shipping, wholesale transactions, and invoices.
• Track pre-owned vehicles through inspection, reconditioning, and ready-for-sale status.
• Assist with pre-owned pricing, market analysis, aging inventory, and online listings.
• Maintain vehicle pricing, descriptions, options, photos, feature sheets, key tags, and stock files.
• Manage lease maturity, lease returns, grounding, and BMW Financial Services administration.
• Maintain daily and monthly inventory controls.
• Process vendor invoices and provide general Sales Department administrative support.
• Respond promptly to customer and staff inquiries.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Previous administrative experience; automotive dealership experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds ERA, REX, One Eighty (180), CARFAX, EBlock, OPENLANE, AutoTrader, CarGurus, or similar automotive systems is an asset.

The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of vehicle inventory and administrative processes in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Certified Automotive Technician

Park Shore Motors is a growing BMW dealer in North Vancouver looking for an experienced Technician.

Job Duties:

· Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs as assigned.

· Diagnose the source of any malfunctions and perform repair.

· Qualify all vehicles for warranty coverage prior to performing warranty repairs.

· Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required.

· Perform road tests using safe driving standards.

Responsibilities

• Book and manage service appointments efficiently

• Greet and assist customers upon arrival

• Answer telephone inquiries and provide accurate information

• Invoice completed repair orders accurately and in a timely manner

• Coordinate with the Shop Foreman and Service Manager to ensure on-time completion of service work

Qualifications

Pay: $80,000 -- $85,000 per year
