I had a wonderful experience with James Young. Before coming to Park Shore (keeping in mind, is completely opposite from where I live, and also the farthest), I went to three other dealerships, but had heard great things about Park Shore. Before going in, I called in and spoke to James. I told him everything I wanted–which were very specific wants–and he searched and accomodated. He crunched the numbers, and got rid of my REMAINING two year lease with Acura. When going in, he was not pushy whatsoever, and was nothing but kind and helpful. I have had my fair share of going into dealerships, and being pushed around by typical car salesmen. James is NOT that at all. He will not push you, and will tell you if the numbers don't look right. I highly, highly, highly recommend going to see James at Park Shore if you are in the market for a new BMW. I am so happy he answered the phone when I first called the dealership. Thank you James!

Excellent Service: Just bought a used BMW a few months back...my first BMW. Knowing the common perceptions that BMW repair costs are significant..I bit the bullet to buy the car anyways as I just loved it. I just had my first issue(s) and had to take it in to Park Shore with my fingers crossed. I was VERY pleasantly surprised with the empathy and hard work they put into getting the issues fixed...even though I didn't have some new expensive vehicle. The Service Manager Mike worked doggedly to find the cause of the issues. He could have easily just started replacing parts until it was fixed...but he didn't do that and didn't quit until they could ascertain the issues correctly. Knowing how hard they worked on the car I was expecting a huge bill...but it was "very" fair. When I first bought my used BMW I had planned to start looking for an independent mechanic to help keep the costs down. I won't be doing that now, considering the great experience I just had with my initial visit to Park Shore BMW. THANKS Mike, to you and your team.

My family needed a bigger car and I did some research and decided to buy a BMW X7.When we arrived at Park Shore BMW, it was Carlos Montanes who greeted us with great enthusiasm and offerred two kids hot chocolate. My family was very happy during the first visit.I went to the dealership three times and finally decided to buy it. Carlos was very patient every time I visited the dealership. He helped me with all the details in the buying process. A very happy purchase experience.

5/5 for James Young in the sales department. Negotiations: - Priced out several options on a lease and was very patient with me when I asked for repeated quotes varying in specific parameters, so I could compare my options. - Direct style made price negotiation easy and allowing us to quickly reach an agreed upon price. - Quick to respond during communication. In-person Experience: - Knowledgeable about the vehicle and thorough with explanations and demos of features. - During vehicle pick-up, I pointed out a few areas needing light cleaning and James went and did this himself. - We wanted to view some other vehicles we were clearly not interested in purchasing or leasing and James was very eager to show us. Will definitely return to Park Shore for future lease negotiations.
